How much does it cost to have an event organiser?
Costs vary but at the very outset we will arrange an estimate of your costs. We guarantee to keep costs to a minimum for our event organisation costs but also for all of your event requirements.
 
Do I need to arrange insurance for my event?
No we can arrange any specialised insurance cover for you at a very competitive price. We also have our own Public Liability Cover up to one million pounds.

Does it matter if my event is in the near future and I have left things to last minute?
No that’s where we come in. With our expertise we can arrange things quickly on your behalf due to having a database of suppliers and services needed for your event to run smoothly. 

Can I book my event well in advance?
Yes. For a special day planning is of the essence. The earlier you book your event with us the longer we have to plan and organise. Never feel it is too far in the future to book one of our event specialists. We will have our initial discussion at booking and then we can start to plan no matter how far in the future this may be.
 
Do I need to procure my own discounts from suppliers?
No we do all of that for you. You just sit back and enjoy the benefits.
 
Can I see evidence of past events you have organised?
Yes. We will show you portfolios of past events and supply you with references and testimonials from our satisfied client base. You can also see our previous events and testimonials page on this website.

 
Will a representative be there at the event on the night?
Yes. We always have personnel from Scottish Events there to coordinate your function leaving you to enjoy your night

I want an event that is not on your list. Can you do it?
We pride ourselves at Scottish Events on organising bespoke events. We are more that happy to discuss your requirements and can help no matter what your request is.

What if I am unhappy with the way things are being planned.
We would hope this is never the case. However if you did have a problem we would sit down and talk this through solving this promptly. This should never happen as we consult with you at every stage of planning and use your planned outcome. Scottish Events will never take over your event. We purely facilitate things for your so you have the event you dream of.
 
Will Scottish Events record the event for us?
Yes we specialise in supplying you with a recording (DVD/VHS) , photographs of your event. We can even provide a complete online experience for you and your guests to relive your event. You and your guests can view and download pictures and video clips directly from the web. This can either be a public site or can be closed to only the people you invite to see it.
